TRS Online Training

JMM Software now offers online training classes to help you get TRS up and running quickly and efficiently. The classes are conducted using the GoToMeeting® online service which combines phone conferencing with live, desktop screen sharing. It's like having classroom training right in your store!

Each one costs $49 and most classes last approximately one hour.

Classes Offered:

-General Initial Setup and Customers
-Inventory, POS, and Orders
-Security and Reports
-Serialized Inventory and Sales
-Classes/Sections
-Repairs
-Accounts and Layaways

Suggested Order
It is recommended you take the following three classes in order:
1-General Setup and Customers
2-Inventory, POS, and Orders
3-Reports and Security

After these basic classes the rest may be taken in any order.

Schedule
The first three classes are regularly scheduled each week and shown on our training calender.

To register for a class, email training@jmmsoftware.com with the class, date and time you'd like to attend. Please include your name, store name and contact information (phone and email). You will receive an email with the conference phone number and instructions for joining the online meeting.

To schedule any of the other classes offered, email training@jmmsoftware.com with the class name and your time/date preference. You will be contacted with a confirmation of your class (or alternatives if your preference is not available). Classes may be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.
