Single Telephone Support Incident for customers not on a plan.
This is for a single telephone support case for users who are not on a current support plan. Per-incident support is $100 per hour, with a $100 minimum. If call goes over 1 hour, you will be charged for the additional time. This is a "regular" support call. Priority and emergency support is not available without purchasing a support plan.
