Error Wrong Username or Password after change Email Password

This article will explain how to change your email password in the JMM Emailer if you are getting a wrong username or password error after changing the password on your email account.

1. In TRS go to the customer tab and do a Quick Search or an EZ customer search to find a customer, it can be any customer.

2. Next at the top left of TRS click on File and from the drop down click on Send Bulk Email to Found Set.

3. The JMM Bulk Emailer will come up at the top click on Settings then click on Preferences.

4. In the lower right hand corner is the password field, change the password to the new password.

5. Click on OK at the bottom of the Emailer and then try sending your email again.
