How to save orders for the Bernina/Brewer B2B Website

This article will describe how to save an order in the correct format to upload to the Bernina/Brewer B2B website
In order to be able to save orders for upload you first need to install the JMM Emailer. The emailer can be found in the customer only login area on our website at

http://www.jmmsoftware.com/vendordata/downloads.php

If you don't have a customer login id contact customer support to obtain one. If you cannot remember you password follow the steps in the following knowledge base article to make a new one:

Once you have downloaded the emailer you will need to double click on it to run it, accept all of the default prompts.

Next you need to setup the Bernina/Brewer ordering format in TRS.

1. Click on Edit Lists -> Vendors (Sources)

2. In the list of Vendors find your listing for Bernina/Brewer and click on it so the name is highlighted.

3. Click on the triangle at the top of the window to go into Edit Mode.

4. In the Electronic Format box type 3

5. In the Electronic Info 1 box type your email address

6. In the Electronic Info S box type Order

7. Electronic Info 2 and Electronic Info 3 do not need to be filled in.

8. Click on Done.

Now you are ready to create an order file that can be uploaded to the Bernina/Brewer B2B website. Here are the steps.

1. In TRS, click on the Orders tab.

2. Find the order that you want to send to Bernina/Brewer

3. Click on Send Order Electronically

4. When it asks for Special Delivery Instructions click on OK.

5. When it says "You are about to send 1 email. Continue?, click on No

6. When it says Order NOT Sent click on OK.

The order file has now been saved to your computer it is on the C: drive in the root directory and the file is called trsorder.csv (C:\trsorder.csv). You can upload this file to the Bernina/Brewer B2B website. If you don't know how to upload files to the site then contact Bernina/Brewer for instructions.
