JMM Email Suite

Instantly Connect with Your Customers!

JMM Software provides TRS users with an easy-to-use tool for writing HTML email and for sending bulk email to large groups of your customers. This email tool, the JMM Email Suite, is free for all TRS users and will interact directly with TRS (version 8.10 and above). The JMM Email Suite supports:

HTML and plain text email
Single and bulk email
Email attachments

It also tracks and logs bounced or bad email addresses.

The two Email Suite components, JMM Bulk Emailer and JMM HTML Editor work together or separately. If you are unfamiliar with HTML, the HTML Editor can help you design attractive and effective email. It can be sent immediately via the JMM Emailer or saved for use at a later time.

You can also send personalized email directly from within TRS using convenient built-in templates. Quickly and easily send:

To download the JMM Email Suite, log in to the Customers Only page. If you are a TRS user and you don't know your login information, submit a Technical Support Case. To download the Email Suite Help File, click here.
Version History
Version 2.2 Fixed a problem where it would not save changes to the port number made in the advanced setup screen. Version 2.1 Fixed an erroneous "Error sending to customer #" message that occurred even though the email was sent out successfully. Version 2.0 Added SSL capability. Version 1.6 Added the ability to change the SMTP port.
